Clients have different strategic communication requirements. I am available as an embedded expert role within your structure, as an external consultant, or on assignment basis.
Strategic Communications & Advocacy
A communications strategy your stakeholders can follow and your leadership can sign off.
Call me when
- you are launching, repositioning or scaling a programme, project or institution
- you have several audiences at once: ministries, partners, funders, media, the public
- an EU or multilateral mandate requires demonstrable visibility and credibility
What I do
I map your audiences and stakeholders, define positioning and key messages, choose the channels and formats that suit each audience, and set up the workflow to deliver it consistently.
What you get
A communications strategy and plan, a messaging framework, a stakeholder map, a content calendar and a way to measure progress. The outcome: an organisation understood correctly by the people who matter to it, with a clear route from message to result.

Real work made visible, on a rhythm your audiences can rely on.
Call me when
- your programme does real work that few people outside it ever see
- your social channels are quiet, irregular or not tied to a plan
- you need to show growth to funders, partners or leadership
What I do
I build the content workflow: what to publish, for whom, on which channel, how often and who signs it off. I produce the posts, short videos and stories, and review the numbers regularly so the plan keeps improving.
What you get
A publishing rhythm your audiences can rely on, a library of ready content and regular reporting on reach and following. On ESIWA+ this approach grew social following and online impressions five-fold in two years.

Start a conversationCrisis Communications
One clear voice when attention peaks.
Call me when
- an outbreak, an attack or an incident puts your organisation in the news
- several experts and offices need to speak with one voice
- the public needs fast, accurate updates in plain language
What I do
I set up a single line of messages, prepare holding statements and answers to likely questions, and manage media and social updates while events unfold. The habits come from the newsroom: I reported live for NDTV from the Brussels terror attacks and from the attempted coup in Turkey.
What you get
Approved messages ready before you need them, fast and accurate public updates, and a clear record of what was said and when.

Content that is ready for web and social while the moment is still current.
Call me when
- you need film, photography or audio from an event, a field visit or a studio
- a report, a programme or a campaign needs a face and a voice
- you want to publish the same day, not next week
What I do
I produce, shoot and edit video, photography and audio, write the script and the captions, and deliver in the formats each channel needs.
What you get
Finished videos, photographs and audio cut for web and social, with captions where needed, and a library you can reuse.

Start a conversationEditorial, Writing & Newsroom Leadership
Publish with the discipline of a media outlet, without becoming one.
Call me when
- you want a regular flow of articles, newsletters or reports in plain, accurate language
- your content needs an editor and a standard, not more drafts
- you need to build or lead a small newsroom-style team
What I do
I write and edit, set the style and fact-checking routine, plan the editorial calendar and lead the team that delivers it, as I did as Multimedia Editor-in-Chief at TopHotelProjects. I also edited copy as senior copy-editor at Xinhua's European bureau.
What you get
An editorial calendar, a style guide, a working review routine, and published content that is accurate and on time.

A credible voice in the room.
Call me when
- you need someone to host a panel, a conference or a webinar
- you need a spokesperson who knows the subject and the press
- an event has to work for officials, experts and the public at once
What I do
I moderate and host, speak for the organisation, brief the speakers and prepare the questions and key messages. I am also available for media comment and interviews on EU-India relations and on EU-Indo-Pacific security cooperation.
What you get
A well-run session that keeps to time, speakers who are prepared, and clear take-aways you can publish afterwards.

Start a conversationCapacity Building & Media Training
Communications capability that stays after I leave.
Call me when
- your team has to speak to the media or the public and lacks practice
- you want your own staff to produce content
- partners in several countries need to communicate in the same way
What I do
I train teams in interviews, message discipline, writing for the web, and simple video and social production, and I leave templates and checklists behind.
What you get
Trained staff, ready-to-use templates, and practice sessions with feedback.
Intercultural Dialogue & Programming
Trust built across communities, in the same room.
Call me when
- you want people from different countries and communities to meet in person
- an event needs music, culture or a shared experience, not another panel
- you work between India and Europe
What I do
I design and run programmes that put people on the same stage, from concerts to community events, drawing on my work with Confluence Allstars and the Brussels Bollywood Choir.
What you get
A programme and a cast, rehearsals and production, filmed and shared afterwards so the experience reaches beyond the room.
